1: When performing various yoga exercises, be sure to gently stretch your body at the extreme edge. Do not push or pull. If the action beyond the limit is the wrong exercise.

6: If you have severe pain in a part of your body at a certain location, stop immediately and you must do the same posture after the coach. If the pain continues, please do not do this in a short time. 
7. When practicing yoga, please pay attention to the feeling that the action produces in the body. Stay at each location for at least 4 seconds.
In yoga practice, focus on the feeling that the movement produces in your body. In fact, it should also belong to mobile meditation. Because we can give meditation a definition, meditation is already formed when your eyes, ears, and other mainstream consciousness continue to flow in one direction under the control of your consciousness. Your body will be completely attracted to you when you practice. When you focus on your body and muscles, you will be better able to listen to your body and talk to you. You will feel comfortable in your posture and your body will move very fast. Focusing on the body, you can effectively perceive the effects of exercise so that the body is quickly guided in a positive direction.
8. Unless otherwise stated, during the practice, you should breathe through your nose from start to finish.
9. People who are older or have neck and shoulder injuries should consult a doctor or coach before deciding whether to start a yoga posture. 10
